Additional shipping info
This price list assumes that the customer’s carton size and weight dimensions fall within the carrier’s standard range. Oversized or underweight cartons may be subject to an additional surcharge. VO2 cannot be held responsible for cartons damaged in transit by a carrier. However, VO2 will actively pursue any carrier for recompense in the event of a loss, subject to the carrier’s standard terms. Standard insurance terms are a maximum of £10.00 per kg with a £25 excess charge.
As of 1st January 2021, businesses shipping goods to and from the United Kingdom from the European Union are subject to new regulations. You may be approached to pay local tax charges upon receipt of delivery, including import customs duties and associated fees, if applicable.
Any rejected deliveries will be refunded upon receipt, net of any delivery fees, returns charges, customs, and local tax charges incurred.

Items purchased through VO2 Football are manufactured to order and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any bespoke, custom or products manufactured to a customer’s own specification.
